Jonathan Pullis graduated from UVM in 1993. After spending 2 years on St John, he returned to Vermont where he helped open The Pitcher Inn, a Relais & Chateau in Warren. After a short stint in New Mexico, he moved to Aspen to work at The Little Nell. While there he progressed from 6 am “toaster boy” to front server, sommelier and eventually the Wine Director. While serving as the Wine Director of a Grand Award List, he passed the prestigious Master Sommelier exam in 2009, becoming the 98th Master Sommelier in North America.
In 2014 he accepted the position of CEO with Chefs Club where he oversaw all aspects of the business and opened the 2nd Chefs Club in SOHO. Jonathan is thrilled to be the Wine Director at 7908, Aspen’s first and foremost Supper Club! When Jonathan isn’t sharing food & wine at 7908, he is enjoying the myriad of outdoor activities Aspen has to offer with his wife Rebekah and sons Charlie and Oliver.
